This page sets out the fees and subscription terms for paid Dealer Accounts referenced in the Terms of Service – For Vehicle Dealers. Fees and plan features may change; the terms in effect at the time you subscribe apply to your subscription.
Claiming your dealership is free
Any dealership listed on OAV may claim its dealership page at no cost. A free claim lets you verify your identity, manage your dealership page, add photos and business information, and view your AI-search traffic dashboard. No credit card is required, and a free claim does not create a paid Dealer Account.

Paid Dealer Account tiers
Paid Dealer Account pricing is tiered by the number of vehicles in your inventory. The tier is determined at signup from your listed inventory count.

Introductory pricing. Introductory pricing is available to every dealer that subscribes while it is offered, and is locked for the duration of the subscription while it remains continuously active. Standard pricing applies to subscriptions opened after introductory pricing ends, and to any subscription that lapses and is later reopened.
Demand-Driven Intelligence add-on
The Demand-Driven Intelligence add-on provides stocking-versus-selling analysis and related market intelligence. It is available to any tier at $499 / month introductory ($1,499 / month standard).
Independent Dealer bundle. Independent Dealers who take both the base tier and the Demand-Driven Intelligence add-on pay a combined $499 / month rather than the sum of the two prices.
Billing, term, and automatic renewal
Billing cycle. All Dealer Account subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Payment card information is entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and is held by Stripe; OneAuctionView does not receive or store your card number.
Term. The initial term is one month, beginning on the date your subscription starts.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current rate for your plan until you cancel. You will be charged the recurring monthly fee shown at checkout on each renewal date, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at oavsupport@oav.io from the email address associated with your Dealer Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features through the end of the period for which you have paid. Monthly fees already charged are not prorated or refunded except where required by law.
Price changes. We may change the fees for a future billing period. We will give you notice before a change takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies if you do not wish to continue.
What paid features include
Paid Dealer Account features may include dealership analytics, buyer-inquiry routing, bid intelligence, listing-detail data, and other features described at signup. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued as described in the Terms of Service – For Vehicle Dealers.
